REFUND POLICY
We here at Amber Ocular Art (home of DIY Tats) are committed to providing the best in Customer Service and to create quality items that the Customer has requested us to produce in a timely manner.
If the Customer has any concerns or complaints, we encourage them to contact us immediately and our helpful staff will do whatever they can to rectify the situation. We will not drag out any problems, they will be dealt with swiftly, hopefully to the Customers satisfaction.
We hope Customers are aware of situations that are beyond our control, such as product delivery times. We are at the mercy of the regular mail services and the shipping agencies. We encourage our Customers to use trackable methods of delivery if they require the products faster than normal times (i.e courier services or Express mail).
Our company does not provide refunds for products that have been lost by the regular mail services (Canada Post or United States Postal Service). If the items are trackable, we will deal with the agency involved and either find the order or refund the order costs.
Because we create Custom products, they cannot be reused or resold, so they cannot be refunded.
If we have made errors with the creation of the Custom product (i.e spelling), we will replace the order immediately. If the order cannot be replaced in time (i.e event date), we will issue a full refund within 30 days.
If a refund is warranted, a form will be sent to the Customer for completion. After we receive the form return, a refund will be issued and notification sent to the Customer.
